It is a subject that worries many active participants in the labour market, starting by companies. When it comes to attitude towards work, the differences with the previous generations (X and Baby-Boomers) seem to create an effect of destabilization in the workplace. Nevertheless, aren’t these young people the product of society’s evolution? For instance, aren’t they what is needed to face the new realities that globalization imposes? Here is a document by « le Regroupement des Jeunes Chambres de Commerce du Québec » with the financial collaboration of Emploi-Québec, that shows the advantages in recruiting workers from this generation but also treats on how to attract and retain these talents. http://ow.ly/4BmR6 |
